They're reaching on this one

First of all, this movie is about as slow as they come. I kept waiting for something, anything to happen. Finally in the last 5 minutes, you think the whole thing is going to be worth it, but then they come up with some crazy way of tying it all together. This stranger is willing to go through all this heartache and mess with Dad (who's acting is soooooooooo bad by the way. Did someone drug him up before each scene?) just to "protect Sarah?" A little girl whom he barely knows. Even if that dude wanted to protect Sarah, it makes no sense the way he went about it. The writers/directors are certainly reaching on this one. Ugh, seriously, if you're considering watching... don't. An hour and fifteen minutes of my life I'll never get back.
