Is Marcus Anna's father?

Never explained as far as I know. She probably thought of him as a friend, and he was already devoted, at least until he learned Diana was alive. But then after Diana's death he was dumb enough to confess, so the roots of mistrust are probably in them both now. The way she reacted when he was shot is curious though. For about a second I wondered if it would've been revealed she cared for him romantically, but neither of them, nor the show ever acted on it.

The female usually eats the male after mating so unless Diana was a softy no he was not her father.

I thought the writers might be headed in the direction but as it's been pointed out, the Queen mates and kills. Diana would have done the same. Remember that she didn't go soft until she'd spent a few years interacting with humans. When she was younger, she was just acting on instinct without giving it much thought.
