Aruba bashing unfair

I've been to Aruba a dozen times or more, and it's a lovely place with fantastic people and a VERY low crime rate.

What happened to Natalee happens around the world every day -- wrong place at the wrong time -- and many murders and missing persons cases are never solved.

The fact it happened -- ONCE -- in Aruba has nothing at all to do with Aruba or Arubans.

True, but instead of facing the facts 1) she was drunk and stupid 2) she did something stupid 3) her friends did nothing to stop her - they would rather blame the island, the people of the island, the chaperones (even though they had no real authority and told the parents they were not going to be baby-sitting)and everyone else.

I don't know anyone who blames Aruba for her death assuming she is dead. What most Americans dislike is the obvious blatant cover up that took place. There are enough cover ups in this country. We know one when we see one. And this one was so obvious.

There was no cover-up, you moron. Does every murder get solved in the US? Some states won't even consider it murder if there's no body! You freaks are forgetting that the Dutch authorities got involved and they are known as being the lap dogs of the Americans. Joran and his friends and family just did a good job making the body disappear and keeping their mouths shut.

Sorry, but Aruba sounds like a hellhole, drunken teenagers and not one, but three young guys out looking to rape.

Yes, this have everything to do with Aruba and it needs a major cleanup.
