Duggar guest house is a McMansion?

In the most recent episode they showed a clip of Jana & Jill walking through this house with a brick facade which I'd call a McMansion, which looked move in ready, yet they planned to redecorate it before Derick & Jill returned from South America. Personally, I would've been satisfied with the house as is, but Jana wanted to repaint the walls on the main floor an off white, which would probably look okay if it can be repainted in time.

Still though, lucky Derick & Jill to be able to live in a house like that, which probably cost the family $250-400K+ and would only be the type thew young couple could afford if Derick got a real accounting position again. (Even better than the one he had with Walmart.)
