At the end of the first ride from Boaz, Galia gets out of the car, then goes back into the car. She shows Boaz some sort of light colored rolled up paper or leather and says something about "you know what this is?"

Well, WHAT IS IT????

(I expect it would be immediately recognized by an Israeli ...I need some help though.)

Never mind. On second viewing it was clear (and I feel pretty silly:-).

It wasn't something rolled up at all - it was Galia's own forearm, sheathed in the burn suit. "You know what this is?" refers to the burn suit, which isn't necessarily familiar to lots of folks.

This was the glove that protected her burns from being exposed to the air
