What happens in the beginning?

He goes home and feels lonely. So he goes back to her apartment to apologize. She's wearing an eyepatch. She's a bit reluctant to let him in. He gets suspicious that someone is in her apartment with her so he forces his way in to find an older skinny guy there. They'd obviously just finished having sex and he's already dressed. He tries to leave but the fat guy attacks him and they begin ti fight. The fat girl protests that she doesn't want them fighting over her. They both stop fighting and the skinny guy leaves. Fat girl crawls over to fat guy and says she was lonely and realizes he was too. He climbs on top of her and seems to caress her shoulders but instead he wraps both hands around her neck and strangles her to death. Later he stumbles out to the street and lays down. His penis jumps off of his body turns and says something then hops away.
