Better to see this before, or after seeing the Vegas show?

We're heading to Vegas in a few months and will see "Love" - is this doc better viewed before or after the Vegas show?

I think it's alright to watch it before. I haven't seen the show yet but I have watched this documentary like 5 times because they always pass it on showtime.
