Dear SciFi Channel
I have not watched this, your most recent effort at a reality series nor am I going to. You know why? Because I don't like reality series. If I liked reality series I would watch them. I do however like science fiction and when you put on quality science fiction I will watch it. If you want to make quality science fiction I suggest you peddle yourself down to the local library and/or bookstore and lookup some fo the following authors and (just for starters) film some of their stuff.

Andre Norton
Piers Anthony
Alan Dean Foster
Jerry Pournelle
Larry Niven
Ray Bradbury

There are others of course but they would be a good start.

Yes it is a game show and one of the best and funniest I have every seen. Can't wait till next week.

I thought it was a reality show from the commercials too... but I caught the first episode last night ... and it was AWESOME! I'd love to be on the show...

I've got an appetite for destruction but I scrape the plate.

Well, why can't it be both? Its a lot like Fear Factor in ways, and that show is listed as both.

I hate IMDb sometimes! They are never any when you need it.

I don't care if it is a game show or a reality series. I didn't watch it and since it's been cancelled I assume not many other people did either. Not that the SyFy Channel has taken my advice and filmed any of the authors I mentioned either.
