The episode featuring the Sylvia Likens case

I just want to say, I felt that the re-enactment of the Sylvia Likens case featured in this show (in season 2, episode 11 "Born Bad") was a lot more accurate in its portrayal of what happened than the 2007 feature film was, especially concerning the portrayal of the killer, Gertrude Baniszewski. I feel that if people wish to see the closest thing to what that woman really was like, this particular dramatisation is very much how she would have been as opposed to how she was as portrayed by Catherine Keener in "An American Crime". It just brings you to tears...

A long, long time ago, I read about Gertrude Baniszewski in a book called "Blood Letters And Bad Men" and from what I can remember, the re-enactment and the information were pretty accurate to the book.

"Lord! It's a miracle! Man up and vanished like a fart in the wind!"
