My Review

Typical. Mom sees paranormal things, husband thinks she's crazy, seen the formula so many times but done far better. Husband is a cold, person and terrible actor, they have no chemistry, though she is good, Adrian is terrible, and difficult to watch. He shows no concern for his own wife, and he shows no emotion whatsoever, which makes the dim difficult to watch, add on that everything is so tame... It's a little creepy but completely neutered.

The script is interesting, but it needs more backbone, and some balls. As it is it's a very mediocre effort, which explains the 5.1 rating.

I agree. It had the potential to be good. I found myself getting impatient listening to the husband because he spoke so slowly. The same with the daughter. The whole long forgotten child who wanted to be acknowledged has been done before, but not quite like this, which is why I was impressed. I would have enjoyed a more emotional approach had it been even scarier.

The revelation of the identity of the "invisible friend" is what killed it for me. It doesn't make sense for the baby to behave in such a volatile manner. I would expect to hear a crying baby or calls out to mommy. Maybe the mother could have experienced overwhelming feelings of loss and sorrow accompanied by visions of the baby.

They did another Lifetime movie like this. This girl dies in an accident. The mom has another baby who was evil from the womb, come to find out the baby is being controlled by the girl who died.
