Except for Adrian and his mother and sister, there were no Spanish people in whatever part of Spain they were living in. Social Services, the former landlords, everyone who worked at the hospital, every worker at Claire's office were all English.

I spent most of this film trying to figure out where the heck this film took place in!
Each person seemed to have a different accent.
