I really, really loved the part when Laura Vandervoort showed off her karate skills and literally destroyed the guy. In case you are wondering, She was involved in several sports (soccer, karate, basketball, tennis, gymnastics, and baseball). Entering karate at age seven, she earned a second degree Black Belt from Northern Karate Schools by the age of 16. BTW Which channel did the movie first aired on?
