should i watch the SciFi version first or the web series first???

No. In fact you should never watch anything ever. Or read, don't do that either. Never, ever do anything unless someone else tells you to it. Even then, they might be wrong. So, no, don't watch.

The webisodes (these listed in 2007) are by far my favorite! They had a dark and mysterious (almost sinister) feel to them that got completely lost when syfy took over production orders. The reshoot of the first few episodes was a mistake. Definitely these webisodes versions are the best!
