So Basically Hoffa Was Right -- He DID Ruin All the Gangsters From His Grave

Late in The Irishman, Pacino's Hoffa rebuffs his friend DeNiro's warnings about possible Mafia execution by noting: "They wouldn't DARE." Hoffa elaborates: he's got files, he's got tapes..."i know things they don't know I know."

And if they kill him....it will all come out. And all the mob guys will go to jail.

Well..they kill Hoffa.

And though it takes awhile...each and every Mafia man and union boss ends up in prison, with some dying there.

So...Hoffa was right.
