Yes, Captain America: Civil War is considered by most to be the best third film in a franchise but one has to have respect for Iron Man 3 and the high level on which it delivered. It's a true Shane Black gem, maybe the best movie of his entire career. (And that's saying something)

When you watch Iron Man 3 the movie feels uncommon, rare but different and remarkable at the same time.
Its not a average two hour superhero action movie like Iron Man 2 (which I also like, every entertaining) but Iron Man 3 delivers story/plot more than action kinda like Indiana Jones 3.
