So, first things first if I was the black guard, Mason was it?
I would have took a recorder in and heard her rant at me in her fashion. After her rant which would be completly against the rules and got her sacked (which in real life she would be, my aunts a PO and I know how it works to an extent from stories but I know things like what happened dont go unseen by the gov' in a million years) but after getting the evidence and turning the recorder off, and showing it to her, I would have smacked her right in the face.
Nothing official right away. Make her see it, threaten me, i smack her right in the face and then give the evidence to the gov saying she threatened me with her baton/stick/whatever you want to call it.
