Who's profiting?

The enormous crowd of people who are now basing their everyday lives around working with Global Warming.

You'd shut down an entire industry of science if you had to admit the truth. That humans represent only 4% of the global carbon dioxide usage. A volcano erupting releases more CO2 into our ozone than USA does in a year (and Americans are the most poluting nation on the face of this planet).

I'm by no means advocating the continuation of the gluttony America is displaying. But there's a limit to how many lies I'll live with the public swallowing because the intentions are good. Because yes - we should try and preserve this earth better, but not because otherwise it might kill us all. Instead we should do it for the sake of our children and grand children.

But once against capitalistic interests enforce whatever suits their intended profit gain. Even with all the hoax of global warming, nothing is really being done. Carbon taxes? Are you kidding? You think you can pay yourself out of this issue?
It'll just give rich people another reason to stay leasurely rich, because there's another means of consumption that must be met with payment. The only people this will actually force into a different route is not the actual sinners. It's another means to exterminate the middle class and force more every day people into the working class.

American Dream indeed...
Hoarding oil and petrol only gives you a higher chance to ignite yourselves. Just like hoarding money only gives you a higher chance to lose your connection to your human race and therein lose any track of empathy you might've been left with.

$16 million is nothing.


Look at Al Gore's personal net worth now as opposed to what it used to be.

I have been told that it has gone from $2 or $4 million up to $100 million.

Admittedly, I do not know how to verify this.

However I do believe that there is very very good money in climate change. Entire industries will be started up from scratch and those who can invest on the ground floor stand to make billions of dollars. Meanwhile, old industries will be shut down and people will lose businesses and jobs and homes.

Those "scientist's" and "politician's" and "activists" who are trying very very hard to ram all of the changes through in a short amount of time stand to actually make money. I don't believe that any of them face prospects of making less money, let alone losing jobs or businesses or homes.

I agree with the need for conservation and to take better care of the earth, but there is a need for balance. and perspective. It also needs to be paced properly.

Also, many of the same scientists who are on the global warming band wagon were on the global cooling bandwagon in the 70's. They've been wrong before.

I do agree in the direction that they want us to go, just not the speed.

That's just lying. The US Geological Survey states that human activities release more then 130 times the amount of CO2 emitted by volcanoes, thats like the equivalent of more then 8000 additional volcanoes like Kilauea.

Get your facts straight. The great global swindle has been debunked completely and is filled with lies. Two scientists who appear in that movie even said so. They were lied to and didn't even know what that "documentary" was all about.
It is pure propaganda.

Going green indeed means creating $. What's wrong with creating new industries? It is called capitalism.

I don't take credit for outdated data or fabricated data. 98% of Scientists have concluded that Global Warming is real. Many have actually agreed Al Gore got it right, but thousands of scientists have known about this longer than he's been making his slide shows. Science is settled and theres no stopping, it means we have to take responsibilty for our actions or we'll all face deadly consequences on the long term. Propaganda my ass!!! all denialist are idiots!
