I was gonna buy the dvd from amazon and i found 2 versions.. in the info one has longer run time, so which one is the best?

The one from Amazon.co.uk it's longer why buy the shorter one.
Wait, why is the American Krod Mandoon DVD only 140 minutes if it's supposedly the BBC edits of each episode?
Anyone know why the UK edition is 163 minutes long? Are the episodes themselves longer? More special features? I know running time can be affected by the different frame rate in the UK, but 23 minutes is a pretty big difference.

Its probably more special features, its still better value to get the longer one.
shareThe British version is longer per episode and also the narrator is the guy that plays dumbeldor. The US version is shorter because of commericals, and in the UK they air the full 30 mins per episode without commercial interruptions. In the UK the people pay a TV tax of some kind, and all the shows are govt sponsored, hence lack of commercials there. Here we don't pay for TV technically, we can watch the major networks and local stations with an antenna, but most of us do have cable or something like it.
