So...Will There Be A Season 2?

I hope so. As dumb as it is, I really like this show.

*bump*

lets hope there is

I don't agree with the dumb part...but I agree with everything else.

reply

I agree. Don't watch TV much these days, but I really enjoyed this show.

Can they make it more american (like the jokes)..

Why is it that attractive people hardly ever have tattoos?

reply

It's not that it's not funny because it's British. I watch Monty Python and other British shows and laugh at them while my friends sit straight faced wondering when they can leave. It's not that the humor's English; it's that it's just not funny.

reply

They better make a second season or I will surely die of withdrawal symptoms, hahahaha.

*heads off to watch the 3 hours of KM she has on her hard drive recorder and laptop!*

EK, EK, all day, every day!

Since there was no Season 2, I wish to express my condolences at your untimely passing.

Rest in Peace dear IMDb user.

reply

I sure hope not. US TV likes to beat things to death, instead of just letting them be good the way they are. Kröd Mändoon is good for a three-hour miniseries. That's where it should end.

reply

I disagree, 6 episodes was too short, the storyline had no time to develop and felt rushed.

I do agree with the decisions to have programmes such Life On Mars and The Office run to a natural conclusion, before storylines and character were boring and repetitive.

However if they leave Krod at one series I would feel let down, Whilst the characters are never going to have a huge amount of depth, we have hardly got to know them and potential storylines have much milege to run.

If they are continuing in the 6 episode format and they manage to keep the show fresh and funny, another two or even three seasons wouldn't be outlandish.

I like the show...kind of reminds me of monty python in a way. It's something new and it sure beats all the stupid reality shows on television these days.

I'd love to see more! The only info I can find on the matter is bbc has not officially cancelled the show.

reply

*ack* That could mean anything. Like when they didn't officially cancel Red Dwarf, but managed to kick out like 3 (crappy) seasons over 15 years... :-(

reply

it can't possibly get any worse...

reply

Make that 4 seasons over 16 years...

reply

It came as no surprise that Krod Mandoon was cancelled after 1 season. The show was awful. I completely lost interest in after the 2nd episode.
