So...is it over??

Love the show (although I have to say that season two was much better than the third) just wondering if that actually was the series finale?? I know it has not been renewed (as of yet)...I'll always watch as long as it's on!

Season 2 was amazing- it just found a groove that year where every single thing they threw out was brilliant. This last season wasn't quite as strong, but was still impressive. The final two episodes were amazing - whether it's the end of the season or the end of the series. They wrapped up a ton of stuff (it would be hard to go back to status quo now) but left it open enough to come back. It was a great ending, but I'd be excited if they announced another season.

True, I can watch any episode of season 2 and never stop laughing, but Jeneane garofalo and the Glaze (a fatter Eddie Izzard) tore it down slowly. If it's not David Tennant, Matt Smith, or Michael Caine, british actors can be very bad.

No, I'm laughing with you not at{against} you!

Agree with the last post. Susan Shapiro and The Glaze are ruining the show. TB is OK. Too bad Kevin Dorff and Jerry Minor's characters were killed off though.

The final episode of S3 left a possibility for a fourth season. They just better bring back Zoe Lister Jones [Kim] and get rid of Susan Shapiro and The Glaze for any chance of it being decent.

Susan Shapiro rocks!

'Let's eat Grandma!' or, 'Let's eat, Grandma!' Punctuation saves lives. Use it. Save a life.

Susan Shapiro, for me, wasn't a big enough presence to derail anything -- I did, however, love Jon's attempt to replicate Cheers in the Wang Cho headquarters to force his Sam and Diane style romance.

And I for one loved The Glaze. Exactly the "guru" Jon would find invaluable.

I doubt it's over. It took them forever to announce season 3. There was no Delocated the entire year of 2011. It's probably more like they do it when all the actors have enough time in their schedules to do it. That's probably why they wrote Rob, Susan, and Kim off from the bat. They couldn't get them on the schedule they had for filming, so they finally just decided to move forward without them. That may have been why there was no show in 2011, they where holding out for one or more of those actors. And they finally decided they needed to come back before it was too late, and they would have to sacrifice those actors to do it.

I say let's hope for new Delocated some time in 2013! As long as they bring it back it's fine. But maybe they should produce more than 10 episodes this time. I mean all the other AS shows are full seasons!

Glaser's going to have a big role in the new season of Parks & Recreation, so sadly he probably isn't going to have time to do any Delocated for a while, thats ok but I just hope the show isn't done for good, it's easily been my favorite thing on Adult Swim for the last few years.

reply

If Glaser goes over well on Parks and Rec that could earn him some cache to do more Delocated - if he wants to pursue it, that is.

reply

hes only in one episode out of the first 7 so I'm sure its not that big of a role

reply

For some reason I thought it was a recurring role. Must have been misinformed.

reply

Nope, he still appears in new episodes this season too actually. It is a recurring role.
