They actually name two epsiodes with the same meaning...

The second episode of Season 1 was called Mozambique (which has an AK-47 on its national flag) meaning two shots to centre mass followed by one to the head. Then in Season 3 Episode 9 is called Failure Drill which is exactly the same, two shots to the chest then a single shot to the head. Weird from the writer.
