Can anyone explain the whole robot and girl and about their daughter taking on all the sadness of the town? and how did they come back to life???? couldn't have asked for a better ending, i cried so many times in this anime!!!! i think i understand what happened, but if someone could explain it better that would be great!
shareIn the game, there are orbs of light which represent peoples happiness. In the Other World that Ushio was god of and Tomoya was reborn in, he is told that by collecting all the orbs will allow him the chance to go back and save Nagisa by calling out to her when they first met, thus refusing to give up on his pain that he endured by her death and the death of Ushio and realizing that they were worth it regardless of how it ended.
The anime glossed over this, but it was still there with the orbs floating in the sky after Ushio's birth.
thanks a lot, that little bit of info does piece it together better. i supposed clannad had expected ppl to have played the game, i didnt even know there was a game til recently
