Checking with the local Blockbuster video rental store this past November, I learned that CLOSED FOR THE SEASON is coming out on DVD movie rental this coming February 2010. I suppose there will be no theatrical release after all. I don't know why. This seemed like an interesting horror movie. Possibly no distributors would pick it up.
shareJEff: The film is set to screen for the first time in Middle of March 2010 at Monstermania convention in New Jersey, there is information about it all over the web as of FEB 1. Your local Blockbuster store is wrong. Film is still being worked on and not even sent out to distributors yet. So don't give up hope for the movie. The info you were given is just wrong wrong wrong.
shareWell, it doesn't appear to be available so far. Really want to see this movie - I live about 2 miles from Chippewa Lake Park, and went there regularly as a kid! We still drive past it on a regular basis and look at all the ruins.
