Finally opening in US theaters Friday
Wow, what held this movie up so long. I'd never heard of it until I saw it listed at my local art house for this weekend. Now I'm excited to see it.
shareI saw it this weekend and really enjoyed it. It wasn't fully fleshed out enough for me to get completely invested, but the ending did tug at my heart a bit. Shame it got zero advertisement and made only 10k in 50 theaters. You have to wonder why the Weinsteins tried at all if they had no intentions of advertising. I guess they plan to make all of their cash from VOD.

Waaaaaay better than Chapie, although they could not be more different in tone. I did not like Chappie at all. The robot with emotions movie I am most excited about is Ex Machina
