Bad or good movie, I don't know

It was ok, typically British in it's slow moving sequence of events. I guess I was glad when we got to the end. It was the sort of movie whereby you could drink a bottle of Vodka and not miss anything crucial to the plot. Plot? what plot? I dunno pretty average movie I thought. But at the same time pretty good stuff. As I say, bad or good movie, I really don't know.

I think the best thing about a movie like this (i.e. minimal plot, lots of action) is watching the bad guy collect his dues at the end. In this case, not just that he dies, but that he gets a good beat down before his send off.
