Where house located? also-Jason's eyes-sick?tired?

Just watched Wishing Well which was nice pleasant story but predictable,of course. I noticed Jason's (main male character)eyes looked very unclear for most of movie; was he sick,tired? I have never seen anyone in a movie whos eyes looked very unwell. Anyway,loved the beauitful bed/breakfast and wondered if it was a real place or a set? And I agree with the another reviewer of making NYC always a negative place;it looked like she was very successful and place of work was great..but of course its all about being happy and that isnt always part of being a huge success. If you can find that balance, good for you!
