Do you think they ended up together?

I guess the ending made it unclear, since they didn't kiss. And I saw another poster mention that she assumed that they wound up as just friends.

I think the only way for a guy and girl to be just friends is if neither is interested in a relationship together. If either the guy or a girl is at all interested, or even 'open to the idea of' a relationship together then the friendship might be strained. So if Emma came to Willy in SF with the intention of being friends, while Willy was still in love with her, then I don't see the ending as being very happy.

The way I saw it is that they just weren't ready to kiss yet at the end of the movie. There could even be room for a 'Before Sunrise' style sequel. Personally I hope they found a way to end up together; they were so happy.

i think they definitely ended up together. that is why Emma went all the way to San Francisco and was desperate to find Will. Because she realized that she loved him.
