I agree I didn't like the guy very much.

They were both over-matched. Rachel Bilson is sweet, but she's a really good match for Haydan Christiansen. There's won't likely be any jealousy in THAT household over one of them getting an Oscar...

(Although Haydan could win a few Raspberry Awards along the way. Did you SEE Vanishing on 7th Avenue. Seriously...I was rooting for the darkness.)

The guy in Waiting for Forever--I don't see any reason to remember his name--wasn't unlikable, but he WAS bland and barely memorable.

I think that them having very little chemistry was sort of done on purpose because of the fact that they had been out of touch for maybe half their lives.

i completely agree with Converse1991.

that is what made this movie unique and apart from all other typical romantic movies. if you didn't notice, already.

i thought Tom's acting was incredible. his character was really well done. Very quirky, unique, likeable and enjoyable.

I thought Tom did a great job and he was the best thing of the movie. He captured the innocence of the character so well. He is also a lot better looking then I thought. LOL

I'm sorry but I don't buy that. Yes they were out of touch but when people are sharing the screen together there has to be a spark, whether it be a romantic one, a nostalgic one or an awkward one. It wasn't like they seemed out of touch it was that they (the actors) didn't gel together on screen. Like Crazy is a perfect example of how to convey being out of touch while still maintaing on-screen chemistry.
