For this movie, that is. She makes everyone look like giants and that's despite wearing 9 inch heels. Though they might be giants, who knows?
And another thing, the guy from 6 Feet Under looked like he just stepped off the set of 6FU and into the set of this movie. That was weird.
Overall the movie is twee and would appeal to 14 to 17 year olds.
Though there are some good scenes between the brothers.
I thought this was a really funny comment on a unusual observation that, if I'd ever noticed it in a film before, it was only because the actors were a good foot apart in height. I can see it being really comical if she were 6'3" and her leading man was 5'1" or something, and I don't know how tall the leading man in this movie is, but Blythe Danner isn't much taller than Bilson--maybe two inches, and isn't Bilson about 5'4" or 5'5"? That's a pretty average height for a woman. I haven't watched this movie yet; never heard of it until ten minutes ago, but it looks like it wouldn't be horrible, so I'm going to check it out, but now I'm going to be distracted by watching for Bilson's vertically-challenged status up against these giant co-stars, lol. There are many, many more actresses who are shorter than her--Kristen Bell and Reese Witherspoon are 5'1-or just under 5'2" and they recently did films with those little midgets Vince Vaughn (6'5") and Josh Duhamel (6'3"). I just thought it added to the humor of the movies--and the reality that tall men often date petite women anyhow--not always, but it's been the case in my family with the tall men and us petite women. I'm not offended by your comment, and I think it's an interesting observation, and although I'm not even as tall as Rachel Bilson, I still do totally tower over those other two I mentioned. Cheers!

Replying for 2 reasons:
1. stating a gorgeous actress is "too short" is just too hilarious!
2. the replies on one persons, very wrong opionion on height just HAS to be corrected. Blythe Danner 2 inches taller than Bilson?! Goodness, the woman is amazon Gwyenth P's mom! Danner is 5 foot 7. Bilson is very petite at just 5 foot 1. This site has her posted at 5 foot 2, but that's a one inch height upwards adjustment. Us petite girls just know these things (i'm five one).
And truth be told, 80% of the men I've been involved with are 6 foot 2 and up. Tall guys dig short chicks. Just a fact that all my tall girlfriends like to give me a hard time for. No sweat, I've always preferred a man I could climb.
Case & point, Josh Duhamel and Fergie - she's my height & he's 6 foot 3.
Oh, and I rather like the height diffences on-screen. Because that IS real life. People match up in all different shapes & sizes. Makes it more realistic.
