This movie is good for what it is.

Which is a spoof. I see a lot of people that do not like this movie but their complaints show that they were expecting a different kind of movie. This is not a great movie and it never aimed to be. What it is doing is making fun of dance movies that take themselves seriously. I mean really.. how many dance movies have your been forced to sit through were the characters act as if dancing is all there is. It's dancing! The biggest waste of time humanity has every come up with. Go get a job at Burger king at least there you'll be a productive member of society.

That is why I thought this movie was entertaining. It showed us a world where everything as we know it is gone but dancing, the only thing that matters in the whole world (In dance movies) is still the only way to settle differences. They even make fun of all the dance sterotypes.

The only way someone could not smile through this movie is if they A) Love to dance and watch dance movies or B) They didnt know they were watching a spoof on dance movies and thought they were watching a serious movie about a dystopian future where dancing is a WMD.
