What were the flashing lights?
At the end of the film, he opened the door and flashed the flashlight a few times into the dark and something outside flashed a few times back. What was that all about? Who was he communicating with?
shareRemember his encounter with the flashlight wielding stranger in the woods? The one who frightened him enough to seek refuge in the station, against his better judgement?
shareAh, yes. It's been a while now since I've seen but I do remember that vaguely. So are we assuming that another person was also being controlled to lure people toward it? Because it seemed like it could only control one person at a time based on the incident inside the station. Thanks for the reply!
shareWhatever was outside, I don't think it was simply a person being possessed like the one inside the station. The unnatural silencing of the crickets outside as it passed by stood (at least to me) to set it apart as a thing...not a person.
