I just got through watching this movie. All I can say is, WOW!

If this was done on a shoe string budget, They did one hell of a job! Using unknown actors was a stroke of genius. Asylum probably does not know what they have done. This one is head and shoulders over their other motion pictures. I hope they can do more sequels, hopefully with the same cast.

Using Old English in the movie added to the atmosphere. I hope that Merlin's mentor somehow returns as well. Well Done, Asylum!

I agree, there was a hint at the end of the film .... saying sequel!!!

Jürgen Prochnow is a known actor, and the only one in the movie that I recognized. Old English, they didn't use old English, if they did we wouldn't understand what they were saying, for example: þes sy eald englisc.

A sequel would be nice - I liked the movie and the special effects weren't bad. I'm a big fan of anything with Merlin in it provided it's done well. I like the TV show Merlin as well, need more episodes! Shame the actors in this movie haven't gotten more work - they did a great job. I don't know what's with these people saying the whole thing was terrible from top to bottom. They're NUTS. I gave it a solid 7.
