Featuring Jenna Fischer?

Is this a wacky comedy?

reply

Jenna Fischer was awesome in The Dewey Cox Story and I like her in The Office TV series.
I'm guessing it's going to be a romantic comedy with Jenna Fischer as a buxom redhead and girlfriend to Michael Douglas' character.
Susan Sarandon will be the other buxom redhead as Douglas' wife in the film.

Details on the film are sketchy but it seems to have a great cast and good director on board.

Maybe not Oscar-winning material but a fun and light film anyway.

Jenna plays Michael Douglas' daughter. Believe me, I like to look at Jenna but it will be nice to see her in a movie role that doesnt require her to be the piece of ass. She does have some serious acting skills and it will be cool to watch her display that along side some legendary actors in this film.

She has a couple of great scenes & I think its good to see her in a different type of role.

she was good in this part but her voice is very annoying to me

Has Jenna ever been nude in a film?

She was easily the worst actor in the film.

A little self-concious, I agree, but she isn't so bad that it catches the attention too much. I found Mary-Louise Parker and Danny DeVito's to be very well sketched out in the half handful of scenes they got handed to them, they were very good. Susan Sarandon has been flying on autopilot the last couple of times I've seen her perform, she's lost her ability to make me distinguish different characters in her. Douglas hasn't been this good since Wonder Boys, but that's pretty easily observed. I love how you can compare the tearing up scenes in Wall Street 2 and A Solitary Man, not a hint of fake melodrama in the latter. Oliver Stone isn't very good at directing his actors.
