This film is amazing. It changed my life

Change your fuel. Change your life! After viewing this film I was motivated to decrease my carbon foot print and change my means of transportation. I now operate a diesel engine vehicle that runs solely on Biodiesel. This movie manages to both motivate and educate. It has such a powerful effect that I feel every man, woman and child should view it. If and when you get an opportunity to check this movie out, do yourself, and our future generation, a favor and support great cinema and a sustainable future.

Can't wait to see it. I hope the Sundance Theater in Madison, WI gets it soon.

Oh, good.

I have been meaning to see the movie for a few weeks now, but other films have nudged their way into first place & taken over my viewership.

I am looking for a reason to finally see the film this week ... if my desire to see Linas Phillips' latest work and other oddities don't obscure my plans.

It's pretty good but it is sanctimonious at times. It should be less about the author and more about the actual problems. I liked how he addressed bio-fuels. The biggest issue in my mind is the North American lifestyle. If North Americans literally has as much space and resources as Europeans did they would be think quite differently.

I personally try to live a minimalist lifestyle. I don't own a car (never have) and walk to the grocery store. I also rent a room in a house. My carbon footprint is probably quite small.

@Frederick_M You've never owned a car? What if you want to attend a meeting or an event? How do you get there, public transport, carpool, taxi? I ask because I've been thinking of getting rid of my car, as I'm starting to feel that the expense isn't worth it, but I'm concerned about getting to certain places without it.
