Why the different version times?

Does anyone know why the movie is listed with several different version times? On the IMDB they say: Singapore:240 min | Thailand:120 min, but the version I am watching is one hour and 51 minutes. Am I missing something or should I be happy I'm not watching the Thai version? Was the movie substantially edited for Thai audiences? Has anyone seen a version longer than 1:51, and if so, any idea what might have been cut? I absolutely love the movie and don't want to miss a bit if there is a more extended version available.

I don't know Irish Lass, but the version I saw was definitely Thai and was just on 2 hours long.
