Who does Alice see in the end? She turns around and smiles as if she saw someone she knows.....or am I just overthinking???

The voiceover on that part says, "one moment when you stand on your own, really truly single... and then it's gone" as she turns around.

I think you just take whatever you want from that moment.

I kinda hope she turned around and it was hottie bartender.

It was her next great love or whatever the hell. Obviously the voiceover is meant to say that she met someone as soon as she learned to be alone. Total cliche.
