Although I didn't think the movie was that good Cattrall was great in it.

Yeah, might be not that good, at least it's funny and could draw my attention and patience to sit through the whole film.

In fact, Kin Cattrall was acting so great in this movie. Her acting skill was much much higher than SJP.

She doesn't need makeup or a fancy hairstyle. She is beautiful and sexy naturally.

You must be a guy. Kim had on plenty of makeup. She even had mascara smudges under her eyes. That quote in your post is the sort of statement issued by the PR firm hyping it's leading lady.
She did look good for a woman approaching 60, but it was ludicrous portraying her as a mother of a young girl. Please. in real life her children would have been in their 30's.
Poen stars don't usually put off pregnancy until they're approaching menopause as professional women do. She would have been far more likely to have had a kid when she was 18 before she ventured into adult films.

She was playing a 49 yr old heavy drinker /smoker. I think she looked the part. The daughter looked about 9ish. So I think it is totally believable that she had a daughter at 40. A lot of women have children at 40. Plus her character was an active porn star in the 70s and 80s then she married in the 90s. She would have used birth control through her porn career.
