Kilmer is older, fatter, gayer than he was in Top Gun
Story line is too predictable (we've all seen this story a hundred times).
Background music of bass guitar sounds like a 1970's B-movie.
But dayum! The girl is pretty and sexy too.
Might have been a better movie had they replaced Kilmer with Larry, The Cable Guy!

Just saw it; what's wrong with Kilmer? He used to be good! This is probably the worst movie of the decade. But yes, Kimer's recent movies are unbelievable bad for an actor who used to be good. I saw another one last year set in Russia about vampires. A pile of bull too.
The thing is that this movie could've been so much better had they put the effort, but it really feels like a movie made by a bunch of college students.
This DVD should come with a spoiler alert on the cover...
Warning! B-movie of Bulgarian origin. Nothing new. Poor acting. Poor directing. Another misstep for old pal Val.

sophomoric plot,bad gang to bad agng etc and kilmer could have phoned in his part
at least i saw it on cable and didn't pay for a ticket~
I have some info on this movie: It is a giant turd.
Terrible acting, directing, editing, screenplay, lighting, etc, etc.
The story had potential, even if it's been done before, but the way it
was executed completely sucked.
It's a shame because I still think Val Kilmer is cool and should and could
still be a box office draw if he chooses his films more carefully.
