Really IMDB? This movie is worse than Cool As Ice?

Again IMDB strikes again!! they automatically rate any movie with a predominantly black cast really low. Can't say i'm surprised but at the same time It kills me how people seriously would look at a movie like this and honestly say it's worse or as bad as vanilla ice's movie "cool as ice". that's not even possible. Was this movie oscar worthy? No was it the best movie? No but to be fair it's one of those "decent rentals". I came away from this movie enjoying myself but at the same time I wouldn't want to sit through it again. Which in my book it's alright maybe a 5. Again shouldn't bother me but it still kills me how imdb will rate all black films low unless it's some ignorant "growing up in the hood movie" or a film that stars will smith or Denzel.
