How Could Claire Be so Naive?

When Moses is warning her that it was no longer safe to be around the store, she had to notice the tension that developed between Malik and Moses or the muscle standing outseide the store or even that creepy Brother Yusef. Yet she seemed blind to the whole thing. Now this young black girl from the streets of Oakland couldn't be that naive.

Love is blind. Seriously though, I took Claire for the type who sees the good in everyone and everything . she's so trusting and loyal. Yes she comes from a rough area but she lives in a fairy tale world.

If anybody was naive it was Moses. I couldn't believe how readily he accepted $60K from a complete stranger with no real checks to his background or how he possibly could have come about that type of money. He wasn't even from the neighborhood either. It was silly of him.

Claire on the other hand, I think her reaction was reasonable. It wasn't like that tension had come out of nowhere, Moses had always been skeptical of Malik, even after they got into business together. I could totally see her missing the added tension since she wouldn't have been looking for it.

"Can ya give good fairy tale?"

Is the actress credited here on this IMDB page not the actress who played Claire?
