Anyone wondering what's with the poster?

The poster is cool, and very unsettling....but it really has NOTHING to with the film (nor do we have a scene with Gambir putting on the mask and holding an axe). I wonder why they chose it? (was it from a delete scene so awesome it didnt make it to theaters?).

I'm pretty sure I saw the pig mask somewhere in the film (perhaps someone was even wearing it briefly). I saw the film a few months ago though, so I can't recall the exact moment...

Gambir used to wear that mask when he was sculpting/spray painting his pregnant women statues. Pigs/pork being inedible to Muslims (Indonesia) it was a metaphor for:

1. The subversion of morality,
2. The psychological nature of the happennings in the movie.

+ It's mentioned that the action takes place in the year of the pig.

Still, the OP is correct - the poster is very misleading. It makes it look like some slasher flick. Good movie though.
