Just watched two episodes tonight, this is a great show. I'm impressed.

I missed the first two episodes but as the next few run out tomorrow, am currently having an all nighter trying to catch up. This series is superb and would make a good educational tool showing how the Germans controlled the French population.

MHZ also now has MHZ Choice. It is a streaming service like Netflix, but with a much smaller selection of mostly European TV crime shows. It costs about eight bucks a month and is well worth the price. I'm starting on Season 4 now. I've also fallen hard for a series called Crimes of Passion. Some of the selections are excellent, and they seem to be adding new series all the time. It is quite similar to Acorn TV, which has all British titles. You can get that directly for about eight dollars or get it through a Hulu Plus subscription for about four. I like both these services very much.

Beauty is truth, truth beauty.

yes, i should have updated my post months ago ... MHZ Choice is the way to go... A Small Village series 4 begins today... and there is so much else available to watch for about $8/mo...if you have a tablet, a computer, ROKU, and/or other stuff I haven't got so don't know what exactly, it is absolutely worth the money.

I'm hooked.

It's so human, like how they are from across the pond.

I'm a newbie just finishing S1.

I realize to drive the story they need to repeat what everyone says to move it along, and if, if, if, I could find one tiny flaw, it's that, but I get it, it's necessary.

The details are magnificent. I got 'word' of this from a poster here on IMDb so subscribed to MHZ Choice and dropped Hulu, which I only subscribed to for "Chance" with Hugh Laurie. I wish I could understand these stars opting for smaller 'network' (online) outfits. "Berlin Station" is the same way with 'big' stars but on EPIX that isn't even offered in a multi-million populated area because the cable outfit didn't sign on or whatever.
