I cant find any information anywhere about this game's release in Europe, is it just not gonna be for sale here or what.

Namco says it will be released in Europe during the second half of 2009 but Atari say they are not releasing it.
Namco don't release games in Europe themselves, they sell the rights to third party publishers. That's why Eternia and Radiant Mythology were published by Ubisoft. Symphonia and Phantasia by Nintendo and Eternal Sonata was released by Atari.
Naturally because Eternal Sonata was released via Atari you would think they would take Vesperia but they don't want it so I can't think who else would take it up seen as it's not up to Namco having sold the rights to the game already.
However, Namco will know if it's coming or not and if they say it is then it is, let us not lose hope!
