Which is the worst horror movie remake of all time?
Evil Dead (2013), The Fog (2005) or Halloween (2007)?
All 3 are cinematic excrement but which is worst?

Evil Dead was a very good remake, all things considered.
Halloween was dreadful, but not even close to the worst horror remake of all time.
I haven't seen the remake of The Fog, but even then, I doubt it's as bad as, for instance, the 2008 remake of Day of the Dead.

Was very skeptical of Evil Dead being remade as I am a huge fan of that franchise. It exceeded my expectations. It's one of the better horror remakes out there and couldn't have asked for anything more. I really disliked Halloween, I mean a lot, but I think The Fog is the right choice here.

shareI haven't watched "The Fog" so I suggest another : Amityville Horror, from 2005 I believe.
I suppose "Evil dead" and "Halloween" are among the "least worst" of the bunch only because you have stuff like "Nightmare on Elm street", "Friday the 13th" and so on that are so bad I can't imagine anything worse than those.
Still, "Amityville" is so poor and failed so bad that most people don't even know it exists: it's like history wants to bury that turd (and rightfully so).
