Song Barbara + Santos

Does anyone know which song it is that they always play during romantic scenes with Barbara and Santos? It's a slow song, it's not the song with "Dame fuerza" and it's not "Que me faltas" either. They also play it at the end, when Barbara is leaving and she is remembering the time with Santos.

If anyone knows this, please let me know, I really like the song.
