I hate to be negative but if that's the final trailer, there is no way it is going to theaters. It seems cheesy in every way, from the editing to the music they selected to use in it. I'm still hoping it will be a good movie though. Man, I was really hoping for a great trailer.

unfortunately i agree with mikesblast, i was waiting a new dram(like jcvd) from van damme because with JCVD he proved how he was very good in dram movies but after that i m little disapointed, it looks like an ordinary van damme style action movie but i hope i was wrong. i wish he had directed a dram.

I think it looks good.

I think visually it's stunning. The photography looks awesome. The acting looks good too, but when the girls screamed when she went in the truck was not good. the action is there. I looks just has good has any "Bourne Identity" movie.

This is I how I will define it. Less original then JCVD but far more better then any DTV or Post Time cop movies.

I don't like the music at 34 second.

I think they took their time and passion to make it. So it's gonna be good. He's definitly on the right path.

Yep definately looks like it's going straight to dvd unfortunately, looks like your stereotypical action movie a step back for van damme after jcvd.

I don't really know what to make of it. The music used in the trailer is awful. I hope that's only some stock music they're using just for the trailer while they work on a real score. I don't really like the way it has been shot either. It looks a bit cheap, almost like a TV show. Despite all this, it still looks like it has the makings of a solid enough movie. There does seem to be plenty of action in it, and I'm intrigued by the love story aspect. Also, a black guy in a wheelchair blows some chap away with a shotgun. This is always good.

it looks a hell of a lot better then the couple of dtv movies that came out before jcvd, dtv or in theaters i will be seeing it.

This might be his best action movie since Wod. The only problem I have in some parts it looks like an episode of CSI one minute and a theater feature the next.

Mixed feelings here, like many I was expecting great things after his performance in JCVD, I was happy he turned down Expendables, looked like good things were to come.

I have to say the trailer is disappointing overall, music in the car chase is terrible, some of the effects used in the trailer look amateurish, like it was done by someone fresh out of film school. What I can tell of the story doesn't seem to good but I will reserve judgement.

On to the good things, JCVD's performance looks decent, the terrible editing of the trailer doesn't really do much to make him look good. His emotion in some lines sounds genuine. The cinematography looks stunning, the action looks well directed with some nice John Woo gunplay.

The positives make me feel this trailer was a rush job by the studio to have something ready for cannes, with no input from Van Damme. I hope I am right and there is a decent film here!

Why not just do expendables, it's definitely gonna do better commercially, and hell, it looks like its gonna be better than this movie anyway, that shot of the blood spurting out of the guys head pretty much undid everything JCVD did for Van Damme, in my opinion
