How can the rating of this film be accurate?

Look at the 7 user reviews of this film and then look at the much lower average number, supposedly based on 360 users. It doesn't make sense. Like the online reviewers here, I found the film to be wonderful and would rate it 9 or 10.

I can't help thinking that the relatively low number means that many of those ratings were for another film with the same title (e.g., the 1949 Hollywood thriller). Does that kind of mix-up seem possible?
