Question about FIFA 08 and loading manger mode squad?

There are no posted questions on it's board, so I figured no one would answer my question there. Thus, I am posting here...

My question is, can I play with my manger mode team outside of manager mode? I mean, when I am just playing a two person versus game, can I use my manager mode team, rather than the standard Arsenal unit. If so, how and where do I load it from? I used to manage a GameStop and I feel like a tool, that I can't figure this out. Help please!!!

Nope...A fact that made me go out and buy Winning Eleven/Pro Evolution Soccer instead. Will not support EA ever again, period!
