"Good luck with your video game"??? (possible spoilers)

I know the Erica Albrecht character was supposed to a composite character, but how are we supposed to view the film character?

Erica is obviously still mad at Mark when Mark tries to speak to her at the bar in the middle of the film.

We later see that Erica has set up her own facebook account. She was so close to the action, she had to have known (even if was by word of mouth) that Mark was the creator of facebook. So she had no problem signing up for a creation of the guy who humiliated her weeks/months prior?

Maybe I'm seeing it differently, but I would think she would choose to go without facebook rather than signing up and giving Mark the satisfaction of knowing she too wanted to be part of his creation, the same type of thing he was bragging about to her at the start of the film.
