Even though Amy was a rather overly enthustatic teacher but I wonder if her intentions were good when trying to go after Elizabeth when embezzling money.

What was her problem anyway - what happened in 2008? And also, to me she didn't seem to be just "quirky" in a silly, distinctive way, she seemed to be weird as in WEIRD.

Lmao I think it was more than that. She must have bullied some teacher and started a campaign of harassment. It makes sense given the kind of driven, cut-throat personality she has. Elizabeth basically gets by on the skim of her teeth but Amy is a bully and we've all suffered from Amys at one point in our lives.
shareI don't know just how bad it was or wasn't. For a character like her, I'd figure it'd be mild, but blown out of proportion to her. However, She did curse up a storm when she was found with drugs (albeit, falsely).
shareI figured she was just a regulation abiding, "goody two shoes". However, Hasley just ended up being a more devious and cunning character. Luck and plot were also on Hasley's side.
Kids (and I surmise teachers alike) giggle and talk smack about her (in her presence, or behind her back). However, I've always admired these sorts of teachers. They love their jobs, they do it with passion, and they've certainly made my time in school all that much better.
